Dale Woodall, owner of Woodall Homes & Remodeling, is responsible for some of the most distinctly built homes on the west and north side of Indianapolis, including over 75 in the Village of WestClay (Carmel) and many in surrounding areas. Dale has a positive referral base and remains the contractor of choice for his customers—many who have returned to either rebuild, or to remodel their existing home.

Dale has over 30 years of home building under his belt, and when customers choose Woodall Homes & Remodeling, they work directly with him from beginning to end. He prefers to be his own superintendent—scheduling the trades and making all decisions with the customer—not only because it eliminates confusion in communications but also allows him to “become personally absorbed in each project.”

Dale is “not afraid to take on any project.” In fact, building one-of-a-kind homes, and designing for those particularly difficult or unusual lots, are common challenges that he tackles with ease.
