Getting to Know the Builder

For over 30 years, Dale Woodall has been building in and around the community where he and his wife, Brenda,  have lived most of their lives and raised their five children. With an extensive background in construction, he incorporates his signature designs and fun architectural elements to offer a custom product for people who desire more than the ‘cookie-cutter’ options of the day.

Dale understands that “each home buyer is unique.” As a result, he has never built or replicated an exact design for more than one customer. Instead, he works closely with his customers to ensure what they want is “translated into a home they know is only theirs.” His experience paired with his attention to detail has won him many prestigious building awards.

Most of our business has been from referrals or repeat customers, and Dale sees this as a result of managing each construction project from start to finish. By keeping communications open throughout the process, he seamlessly addresses a customer’s wishes while maintaining their budget. He knows the importance of pricing what customers want, and therefore fully discloses all expenditures, so they can see where and how their money is spent. Customers like this system because “they feel they are being treated fairly, especially if changes should occur.”
